LANDOWNER BRIEFING
Site Requirements & Onboarding Overview
What follows is an operational overview of site criteria, infrastructure investment scope, legal wrapper strategy, and the onboarding sequence for qualifying land parcels.
Site Requirements
Qualifying parcels range from 10 to 100 acres. Land must have year-round water access (well, spring, or municipal backup), solar exposure sufficient for a minimum 10kW ground-mount array, and clear title with no outstanding federal liens. Zoning must permit agricultural and/or mixed-use development. Brownfield and covenant-restricted parcels are evaluated case by case.
Infrastructure Investment Overview
Initial infrastructure deployment covers DePIN mesh node installation, off-grid power architecture (solar + thermal capture), bioresonance monitoring stations, and modular living structure groundwork. Investment scope is tiered by parcel size and existing infrastructure. A detailed pro-forma is provided upon NDA execution.
Legal Wrapper Strategy
Land entering the Hermes Project is structured through a three-layer legal architecture: a Passive Natural Trust (Layer A) holding the land asset, a Private Member Association (Layer B) governing community activity, and optional Micro-Nation declaration (Layer C) for parcels meeting full sovereignty criteria. Legal counsel aligned with natural law and private trust doctrine is provided to qualifying partners.
Onboarding Process
The onboarding sequence moves through four stages: (1) Preliminary site assessment and parcel review, (2) NDA execution and pro-forma delivery, (3) Legal wrapper structuring and trust formation, (4) Infrastructure deployment planning and timeline confirmation. The process from first contact to deployment agreement averages 60-90 days for qualifying parcels.
INSTITUTIONAL & PARTNER BRIEFING
Technical Documentation & Partnership Architecture
This briefing covers the technical and economic architecture of The Hermes Project for development partners, institutional due diligence, and sovereign infrastructure investors.
Sovereign Token Architecture
The Hermes Project operates five simultaneous income streams via its sovereign token architecture: (1) DePIN node hashrate rewards, (2) Bioresonance data contribution fees, (3) Community token issuance and circulation, (4) Carbon credit tokenization from verified soil sequestration, (5) Intent-Based Ledger transaction fees governed by the principle: harm no biological system. Full tokenomics documentation is available upon NDA execution.
DePIN Node Economics
Each sovereign mesh node generates passive yield through decentralized physical infrastructure network participation. Node deployment cost, uptime requirements, hardware specifications, and projected ROI curves by parcel size are detailed in the technical annex. The network is designed for antifragility — each node strengthens the mesh rather than competing with it.
Partnership Tiers
Three partnership tiers are available for institutional engagement: Tier 1 — Research & Validation Partner (data access, co-authorship rights, no capital requirement); Tier 2 — Infrastructure Development Partner (co-investment in node and living space deployment, revenue share structure); Tier 3 — Sovereign Territory Partner (full legal architecture engagement, anchor parcel commitment, board observer rights). Tier eligibility is determined during due diligence.
Due Diligence Materials
Available upon NDA execution: full technical whitepaper, tokenomics model, infrastructure deployment roadmap, legal architecture documentation, HeartMath Institute and UBUNTU Contributionism partnership agreements, and audited proof-of-concept telemetry from the live dashboard. All materials are watermarked and traceable to the receiving entity.
Research & Operational Foundations
The Hermes Project's scientific and operational foundation draws on HeartMath Institute HRV coherence research and Michael Tellinger's UBUNTU Contributionism / One Small Town operational model. These are named research and operational partners, not philosophical references. Documentation of both partnerships is included in the due diligence package.
Your intake has been received. A member of the founding team will be in contact within 5 business days.
FORMAL INTAKE — PARTNERSHIP & DUE DILIGENCE INITIATION
Initiate the Conversation
This form initiates a formal intake process. Submission does not constitute a partnership agreement. It opens a confidential dialogue. All submissions are reviewed by the founding team. You will receive a response within 5 business days. NDA execution is required before any proprietary documentation is released.
The Hermes Project does not sell, distribute, or publish intake information. This is a sovereign process.
